On Sunday, 5/24/15, an unknown male entered the Gap Outlet store in the Tanger Outlet complex.   The male removes (10) shirts, valued at $199.90 from a display and conceals the shirts in a blue shopping bag, then exits the store.  The male is described as a dark skinned White or Hispanic male, thin build, with long dark hair, wearing a blue t-shirt and gray camo shorts.  Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Officer Jeff Nikolaus at (717) 291-4676.
