On 8/28/2020 at approximately 3:50 p.m., the pictured male and female entered the Columbia Outfitters store (Tanger Outlets, Lancaster) and stole over $700 worth of merchandise.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the couple.  Anyone with information is requested to contact ELTPD at 717 291-4676 or click on the submit a tip button below.
