On 11/14/2020 at approximately 5:00 p.m., the picture male and female entered Gap Outlet (Tanger Outlets Lancaster) and selected multiple clothing items.  They concealed the clothing in shopping bags and fled the store without paying for the merchandise.  They were last seen entering a silver vehicle with significant body damage.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the couple.  Anyone with information is requested to contact ELTPD at 717 291-4676 or click on the submit a tip button below.
