On 10/15/2020 at approximately 2:00 p.m., the pictured male entered the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store (Tanger Outlets).  The male concealed 10 shirts valued at $395.00 into a duffel bag he was carrying.  He fled the store and was last seen entering a black Nissan Sentra with a NJ license plate.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the male.  Anyone with information is requested to contact East Lampeter Township Police Department at 717 291-4676 or click on the submit a tip button below.
