On 9/28/19 at approximately 4:15-4:30 p.m., the pictured suspects concealed numerous clothing items in shopping bags inside the Carter’s Outlet store, 35 S. Willowdale Dr.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the suspects.  If anyone recognizes them, please contact Sgt. Brian T. Cloonan of the East Lampeter Twp.
