On 1/22/2020 police investigated a theft incident which occurred in the 1600 block of Lincoln Highway East.  As a result of the investigation, police recovered a "Paw Patrol" children's chair and a red mylar balloon (see attached pictures).  It is believed these items were delivered to a residence and stolen prior to the victim being able to retrieve them.  Police are requesting the victim to contact Ofc. Wiegand at 717 291-4676 to retrieve the stolen items.
