1. At 1:57 a.m., police stopped a vehicle being operated by Deborah Meck (50 year old / white female / Manheim) near the intersection of Rockvale Rd. & Hartman Bridge Rd. for a traffic violation.  During the traffic stop, police located drug paraphernalia and arrested Meck for possession of the items.  Charges to be filed. 
2. At 1:15 p.m., police responded to Skyline Homes (99 Horseshoe Rd. Leola, PA) and took William Harsh (32 year old / white male / Akron) into custody on a Burglary warrant being held by the Lancaster County Sheriff’s office.  Harsh was turned over to the Sheriff’s office.
3. **SCAM REMINDER**  Be cautious when selling items online.  ELTPD has received several reports in which victim’s utilize an online service / APP to advertise and sell items.  If anyone requests payments to be made in the form of a gift card or “accidentally” overpays the listed selling price and is wanting reimbursement the transaction should be scrutinized and is most likely a scam.  
4. **PROPERTY PROTECTION REMINDER**  In order to prevent loss of property, be sure to lock all vehicle doors, secure out building’s (sheds, garages) and lock residences.  Criminals look for crimes of opportunity (unsecured) property.  LETS PREVENT CRIME TOGETHER!!
