Arrests

1. Frank Gargano:  On 4/5/2020 at approximately 6:53 p.m., Frank Gargano (27 year old / white male / 500 block W. Middle St. Gettysburg, PA) was arrested for DUI having a BAC of 0.122% 

2. Robin Bowman:  On 4/21/2020 at approximately 12:18 p.m., Robin Bowman (49 year old / white female / 2200 block Hershey Ave. East Petersburg, PA) was charged with Harassment during a domestic incident which occurred in the 00 block of Blaine Ave.

3. James Tolbert:  On 3/28/2020 at approximately 10:49 a.m., police were dispatched to the Days Inn (34 East Brook Rd. Ronks, PA) for criminal trespassing.  James Tolbert (40 year old / black male / LKA: 100 block Stevens Ave. Lancaster, PA / homeless) gained access to a hotel room without authorization using the room for personal use without making payment.  James Tolbert charged with Criminal Trespass and Theft of Services.  A current warrant exists for his arrest.

4. Hector Nazario:  On 2/13/2019 at approximately 3:03 p.m., police responded to the 1500 block of Bentley Ridge Boulevard for an unresponsive person.  Through a police investigation, it was determined Christian Querry purchased pills which contained Oxycodone, Fentanyl, and Alprazolam from Hector Nazario (27 year old / Hispanic male / 600 block Hebrank St. Lancaster).  Cause of death was determined to be multiple drug toxicity.  Hector Nazario charged with Felony Drug Delivery Resulting in Death.  He was picked up on a warrant on 4/25/2020. 

5. Damian Vargas:  On 4/23/2020, Damian Vargas (28 year old / Hispanic male / 400 block N. 7th St. Lebanon, PA) violated a PFA and was charged with Stalking as a result of a domestic incident which occurred in the 600 block of Bentley Ridge Blvd.  On 4/24/2020, Lebanon County Sheriff's office arrested Damian Vargas on the Stalking warrant at which time he was arraigned and released on $15,000 unsecured bail. 

6. Kara Lawrence:  On 4/22/2020 at approximately 10:43 a.m., police responded to the 00 block of Crest Ave. for a domestic incident.   Police arrested Kara Lawrence (32 year old / white female / 00 block Crest Ave. Lancaster, PA) for physical contact with a domestic partner during an incident which occurred at the same address.  

7. Shannon Leed:  On 4/22/2020 at approximately 10:43 a.m., police responded to the 00 block of Crest Ave. for a domestic incident.   Police arrested Shannon Leed (37 year old / white male / 00 block Crest Ave. Lancaster, PA) for physical contact with a domestic partner during an incident which occurred at the same address.

9. Telisia Williams:  On 4/27/2020, police were dispatched to Walmart for a shop lifting incident.  Upon arrival, Telisia Williams (31 year old / black female / 500 block Manor St. Lancaster, PA) had concealed $144.72 worth of unpaid merchandise inside  Walmart bags.  Telisia Williams provided a false name to police during the incident.  Telisia Williams charged with Retail Theft & False ID to Law Enforcement.  It should be noted, Telisia was in possession of over $2,500 cash at the time of arrest. 

10. Sophia Barr:  On 4/25/2020, police were dispatched for an erratic driver in the area of Hartman Bridge Rd. & Lincoln Highway East.  An ELTPD officer located the suspect vehicle and initiated a traffic stop and identified the operator as Sophia Barr (49 year old / white female / 1200 block May Post Office Rd. Quarryville, PA).  Sophia Barr appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested.  A breath test revealed her BAC was .223%.  Sophia Barr was charged with DUI, Registration required and "Open Container" alcohol violation. 

11. Hailley Forester:  On 4/28/2020 at approximately 8:30 p.m., police responded for a domestic incident in the 00 block of W. Main Street Leola, PA.  Hailley Forester (19 year old / white female / 800 block Nobel Rd. Christiana, PA) was charged with Harassment as a result of a domestic incident at this location in which she struck and threw her shoe at the victim.

12. Mahmut Ozsar:  On 4/28/2020 at approximately 10:13 a.m., police were dispatched to the 00 block of N. Soudersburg Rd. Gordonville, PA) for a domestic incident.  Police charged Mahmut Ozsar (26 year old / white male / 00 block N. Soudersburg Rd. Gordonville, PA) with grabbing a domestic partner and placing them over his shoulder to carry around.  The victim had bruising from the incident.  

13. Edwin Ortiz:  On 4/29/2020 at approximately 11:39 p.m., police made contact with Edwin Ortiz (30 year old / Hispanic male / 700 block Manor St. Lancaster, PA) in the parking lot of the Econo Lodge (2165 Lincoln Highway East).  Police knew Edwin Ortiz had a warrant at which time they took him into custody.  A search of his person after he was in custody revealed he was in possession of brass knuckles (prohibited weapon).  Edwin Ortiz was charged with possession of an offensive weapon and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff's office on their warrant.
