3/10/2020

  1. At approximately 4:38 a.m., an ELTPD officer initiated a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Lincoln Highway East for a vehicle code violation.  Upon making contact with the operator MARICHA TORRES GONZALEZ / 30 year old / Hispanic female / Paradise) the officer observed the odor of marijuana.  Maricha Torres Gonzalez was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving without a license.  Charges filed against Maricha Torres Gonzalez.
  2. At approximately 2:15 p.m., police were dispatched to Subway  (1614 Lincoln Highway East) for a check on the welfare call.  Upon arrival, police located CHRISTINE MILLHOUSE / 53 year old / white female / Lancaster) who was seated on the floor in front of the cashier area.  Christine Millhouse exhibited signs of impairment and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.  Christine Millhouse charged with Public Drunkenness.
  3. Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Greenland Dr. for reports of unlocked vehicles being entered.  Sometime overnight (3/9-10/2020) someone entered unlocked vehicles and stole loose change, and a women’s wristlet.  Anyone with information or who has not reported similar incidents are requested to contact police at 717 291-4676 or click on the submit a tip button below.    
  4. On 1/27/2020 at approximately 2:00 p.m., police responded to the 1600 block of Old Philadelphia Pike for a vehicle accident.  Upon arrival, the operator of the vehicle (JON MILES / 36 year old / white male / Lancaster) appeared to be under the influence of a substance and admitted to drinking alcohol, injesting drugs and inhaling aerosols (huffing).  Jon Miles was transported to a hospital where blood was drawn.  Lab results identified alcohol, aerosols and controlled substances in his system.  Jon Miles charged with DUI and a summary vehicle code offense.   
  5. On 1/28/2020 at approximately 2:03 p.m., police responded to the 00 block of East Main Street (Leola) for a vehicle accident.  Upon arrival, the operator (STANLEY HOUCK / 53 year old / white male / Lancaster) appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.  Stanley Houck was transported to a hospital where blood was drawn.  Lab results identified Stanley Houck’s BAC was 0.151%.  Stanley Houck charged with DUI, Drug Paraphernalia and several vehicle code offenses.
  6. On 1/6/2020, a juvenile reported being inappropriately touched on the buttocks on numerous occasions by CARL MCNEIL / 62 year old / black male / Lancaster).  The victim reported from approximately February to April 2018 Carl McNeil touched them on the buttocks while asking for hugs.  On April 13, 2018, the victim was asleep at a residence during which time, Carl McNeil entered their room and grabbed their buttock.  Carl McNeil charged with (2) counts of Indecent Assault (M-2).
