1. At approximately 12:45 a.m., an ELTPD officer initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Creekhill Rd. and Hartman Station Rd. for vehicle code violation.  The operator (MALLORY ROSS / 21 year old / white female / Elm, PA) exhibited signs of impairment.  Mallory Ross was arrested for DUI and transported to the hospital for a blood draw.  Mallory Ross refused the blood draw at which time she was then charged with DUI and a summary traffic offense.  Mallory Ross was then transported to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment, due to this being her 3^rd DUI offense.
2. At approximately 6:12 a.m., police were dispatched to the Red Roof Inn (2307 Lincoln Highway East) for a trespassing call.  Upon arrival, police located GRAYSON PLEASANT / 22 year old / black male / Lancaster) sleeping in the laundry room.  Grayson Pleasant was taken into custody on a Lancaster County Sheriff’s warrant.
3. On 2/16/2020 at approximately 2:34 a.m., an ELTPD officer initiated a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Old Philadelphia Pike for a vehicle code violation.  The operator (LILLY BURKE / 23 year old / white female / Lancaster) was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.  A blood draw was sent to a lab which confirmed the presence of both alcohol and marijuana.  Lilly Burke charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia along with a summary vehicle code offense.
