2/20/20

1. At approximately 7:15 a.m., an ELTPD officer stopped a car in the 500 block of Greenfield Rd. for traffic violations.  Upon making contact with the driver (Debra Rausch / 53 year old / white female / Lancaster) she exhibited signs of intoxication.  Debra Rausch was arrested for DUI and transported to the police station where she submitted to a breath test with BAC results of 0.187 %.  Charges to be filed.
2. At 5:00 p.m., police were dispatched to Polo Ralph Lauren for a retail theft.  Two female suspects stole $1,349 worth of merchandise and fled in a silver Dodge Neon.  See separate entry for pictures.
