2/19/2020

1. At approximately 9:10 a.m., police were dispatched to the Red Roof Inn (2390 Lincoln Highway East) for a disturbance.  Police arrived and located Connie Placeres (45 year old / white female / Wilmington, DE) intoxicated and causing a disturbance.  Connie Placeres cited with Public Drunkenness.
2. On 2/19/2020, Kathleen Russell (32 year old / white female / Lancaster) was charged with DUI (alcohol and controlled substance) related.  On 1/22/2020 at approximately 1:24 p.m., officer’s made contact with Kathleen Russell in the 1600 block of Lincoln Highway East at which time she appeared to be under the influence.  Kathleen Russell’s BAC was determined to be 0.24% and lab results revealed the presence of Lorazepam.
3. On 2/20/2020, Breanna Haddad (24 year old / white female / Lancaster) was charged with Retail Theft (M-1).  On 9/23/2019, police investigated a Retail Theft incident at Kohl’s (2350 Lincoln Highway East).  As a result of the investigation, it was determined Breanna Haddad was involved in stealing $552.89 worth of merchandise.
