1/9/2020

• At approximately 1:20 a.m., police were dispatched to the Red Roof Inn (2307 Lincoln Highway East) for a disturbance.  Upon arrival, police located wanted subject Sonya Hamby (25 year old white female / Willow Street) and David Althouse (40 year old white male / Manheim).  During the investigation, it was determined that David Althouse was in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  David Althouse was charged with both offenses.
• At approximately 2:25 p.m., police were dispatched to Kohls (2350 Lincoln Highway East) for a retail theft.  Upon arrival, police stopped Marageline Rivera (31 year old Hispanic female / Lancaster).  Rivera was in possession of $87 worth of stolen merchandise.  Rivera charged with summary retail theft.

1/10/2020

• At approximately 2:00 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Kaitlynn Santana (23 year old white female / Lancaster) for a vehicle code violation.  Kaitlynn Santana was arrested for DUI and charged with the same.
