At 4:25 pm, Wednesday, 10/21/15, a red Hyundai Elantra accelerated in reverse at a fast rate of speed, and collided into a block wall and steel door, causing significant damage to the structure and the vehicle.   The vehicle was driven by a young Hispanic female.   A Hispanic male that was with the female suspect, got into the drivers position after the impact and drove away with the female.   The suspect vehicle will have impact damage to the rear of the vehicle and also the driver's door, which was open at the time of impact.  Damage to the structure is estimated at $2,000.  Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Twp Police Officer Sam Sanger at (717) 291-4676.
