On 8/31/2019 at approximately 9:25 a.m., the pictured vehicle being driven by a white male in his 40's with dark hair approximately 5'8" tall struck the victim's vehicle as he was entering the parking lot of the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot.  The suspect fled the scene without providing any information.  Police are requesting assistance with identifying the vehicle and the operator.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Officer Wiegand at 717 291-4676 and please refer to incident number 1908032270.
