At approximately 6:35 pm on 03/23, the pictured motorcyclist refused to yield for police who were attempting stop the vehicle for a traffic violation.  The motorcycle was first observed on Old Philadelphia Pike and traveled north on Mount Sidney Rd and Horseshoe Rd.  The suspect was last observed eastbound on Creekhill Rd in Upper Leacock Township.  Please look closely at the suspect, helmet, and motorcycle in the featured pictures - if you have information regarding the identity of the suspect, please contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
