On 2/25/2020 at approximately 12:24 a.m., the victim was at Walmart (2034 Lincoln Highway East) and paid for his items at a self check-out register and requested $60 back.  The victim collected the items he purchased but forgot to retrieve his cash.  He exited the store and within a few minutes realized he forgot his cash and returned to the store to retrieve it.  Video surveillance footage shows the pictured male stealing the victims cash.  The suspect exits the store with (2) other males who appear to be associated with the suspect but NOT involved in the theft.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the CASH GRABBER.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Officer Westerman at 717 291-4676 or click on the submit a tip button below.
