At approximately 8:30pm on January 24, 2022 the pictured female found a wallet mistakenly left behind at the customer return counter inside the Target 2385 Covered Bridge Drive.  After looking inside the wallet and glancing around, the female exits the store with the wallet along with her pictured male companion.  The couple then exit the parking lot in a green sedan onto Lincoln Hwy East.  

   Along with the monetary loss of the wallet and contents, which is approximately $900, the wallet contained contained an Apple iTouch which held numerous family photos.  The wallet itself holds sentimental value in that the victim's mother presented the wallet as a gift.  Please look closely at the attached photo:  the female suspect has a unique hairdo with red dye; a white and blue or black patterned top, appears to be wearing knee length boots.  The accompanying male has a full beard and mustache, is wearing a NorthFace brand jacket, and appears to have a ring on his left ring finger.  Anyone who may be familiar with the subjects or has information regarding this theft is asked to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
