On 10/1/15, Nathan Joel TOWBER, age 22, of Manheim Twp, and Eric Stephen CANALE, age 20, of Quarryville, were arrested for Retail Theft at Target.  TOWBER and CANALE removed electronic items, valued at $424.97, from packaging and concealed the items on their person before walking out of the store.   TOWBER was charged with felony Retail Theft (F-3), Criminal Conspiracy (F-3), and Possession of Instruments of Crime (M-1).   CANALE was charged with Misdemeanor Retail Theft (M-1) and Criminal Conspiracy (M-1).  TOWBER and CANALE were both committed to Lancaster Co. Prison.
