On 1/16/16, Tonia Louise STEWART, age 43, and Larry Lavan RICHARDSON, age 52, both of Lancaster City, were arrested for retail theft at Gabes discount store in East Towne Mall.    The suspects removed sales tags from shoes, clothes and watches, valued at $436.88, then concealed the items in a purse and backpack before exiting the store.    STEWART was charged with felony Retail Theft based at prior retail theft dispositions.   Charges of misdemeanor Retail Theft and Possessing Instruments of Crime are pending against RICHARDSON.
