At approximately 9:45pm on May 19, 2002 the pictured female struck another female passenger while on an RRTA bus in the 2100 block of Lincoln Hwy East after a verbal altercation.  The suspect grabbed the victim's hair and punched her several times while exiting the bus.  The suspect was accompanied by a child and the pictured male who is not being investigated and is only a witness.  Anyone who is familiar with the female suspect or the male witness or has additional information regarding this crime is asked to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
