At 11:09 am on September 14, 2021 the pictured female entered the Famous Footwear store in Tanger Outlets stealing a pair of Birkenstock sandals valued at approximately $100.00.  Video footage shows the suspect entering the store wearing a white or light colored shirt and shorts as well as black flip-flops and exiting the store wearing the stolen sandals after concealing her old footwear in the merchandise box.  If you are familiar with this person and/or have additional information regarding this theft, please contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
