On 9/4/2026 around 5:41 p.m.  the pictured motorcycle and rider were involved in a traffic related incident in the 300 block of Mount Sidney Rd.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the rider.  The motorcycle appears to be dark gray with a green wind deflector/visor and possibly a Monster logo on the passenger side of the motorcycle.   The rider appears to have multiple tattoos on their forearms.  Anyone with information is requested to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department at 717 291-4676 or by clicking the button below.  Tipsters can remain anonymous.
