At 10:53 pm, Monday, 5/25/15, a White male entered the Speedway convenience store near closing time.   The male approached the female clerk at the counter, then displayed a knife and demanded money.    The male suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash and a carton of cigarettes, then fled on foot in the direction of the Steamboat Inn.   The female clerk was not injured.  The male suspect was described as a White male, short brown hair, unshaven, with multiple tattoos on both forearms, wearing a black short sleeve shirt and black pants.  Anyone with information should submit a tip or contact ELTPD Detective Scott Eelman at (717) 291-4676.   

On 6/2/15, Keith Andrew SNOW, age 29, of Greenland Dr. Lancaster, was charged for the 5/25/15 armed robbery of the Speedway convenience store on Lincoln Highway East by ELTPD Detective Scott Eelman.   SNOW is currently incarcerated at Lancaster Co. Prison on unrelated charges.    SNOW admitted to the 5/25 knife point robbery to investigators.   Numerous tips were received from the public after news media posted surveillance photos of the robbery, which assisted the investigation.   SNOW was charged with one count of Robbery (F-1) and one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking (M-1) by Det Eelman.
