On11/4/2017, Ofc. Goss with East Lampeter Township Police Department observed a person exiting Wal-Mart 2034 Lincoln Highway East acting suspiciously. The officer was familiar with the person and knew his driver's license to be suspended. He observed the suspect, Trey TURNER, 25 of Quarryville, drive a truck from the parking lot and pass through a steady red traffic light. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Strasburg Pike. An investigation resulted in the arrest of TURNER for (1) count of Possession of Controlled Substance (M). Turner was taken to Lancaster County Prison.
