The East Earl Township Police Department file a juvenile allegation against a juvenile charging them with Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse and Indecent Assault.  It is alleged that sometime between 2020 and 2022, the juvenile did engage in sexual activity with a minor who was less than 13 years of age.

The public is reminded that criminal charges and merely allegations.  The juvenile is PRESUMED INNOCENT.
