A Mountville Borough man charged with selling crack cocaine and oxycodone following a monthslong Lancaster County Drug Task Force investigation will have his case proceed to county court after waiving his preliminary hearing.
Jaleel Yaseem Corley, 29, waived his preliminary hearing before Judge Miles Bixler on March 25 on charges of possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
Drug Task Force detectives began investigating Corley in late 2025, with multiple undercover officers or confidential informants purchasing crack cocaine from him using pre-recorded funds.
The Task Force, assisted by West Hempfield Township police, executed search and seizure warrants at Corley’s vehicle and residence in the 100 block of Fridy Street the morning of Feb. 6, recovering numerous narcotics, drug paraphernalia and nearly $6,000 in cash -- some of which was from Task Force pre-recorded funds. Corley was arrested without incident during the execution of the warrants and admitted to police that the drugs were his.
In total, police seized 76 grams of cocaine valued at $7,600 during the execution of the warrants. About 29 grams of the cocaine was recently made crack cocaine, while the remainder was in powder form.
Another 71 oxycodone pills of various dosages were also seized during the execution of the warrants.
Corley is currently free on $50,000 unsecured bail.
Lancaster County Drug Task Force detectives filed the charges.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
