Are you owed court-ordered restitution money that you haven’t received? Lancaster County collected $2,775,723.19 in restitution in 2021, including payments from defendants in state prison.
Restitution payments are loaded onto a card monthly through CourtFunds. These cards are mailed to those who are owed restitution and should not be thrown away. If you’d rather receive a check, this can be requested through CourtFunds.

Have you moved since being a victim of a crime? The Lancaster County Clerk of Courts has received many restitution payments that have been returned by the USPS because of outdated addresses. If you changed your address and haven’t received restitution payments, contact Victim/Witness Services to update.
If neither of these apply to you but you are owed restitution and have not received it, call Victim/Witness Services at 717-299-8048.
