The Lancaster City Bureau of Police is seeking assistance from the public to locate Gary Allen Almodovar, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for felony firearms violations (Persons Not to Possess, Use, Manufacture, Control, Sell or Transfer Firearms and Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License).  The warrant was issued from an incident on November 26, 2024, in which Almodovar is accused of unlawfully possessing a silver .22 caliber handgun during a disturbance at a local bar.   The handgun was recovered by police after being discarded by Almodovar.   A warrant for Almodovar's arrest was issued on December 27, 2024.     

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gary Allen Almodovar is asked to contact the Lancaster City Bureau of Police at 717-735-3300 or call 911 in case of an emergency.  Tips can also be submitted through the Submit a Tip button below.  Tipsters can remain anonymous and do not have to give their names.

Information which leads to the arrest and/ or conviction of this suspect could result in a reward through Crime Stoppers. Rewards can be given anonymously.
