East Lampeter Township police are asking the public for help in identifying a suspect who stole multiple clothing items from a Tanger Outlets store.

The unknown suspect concealed multiple items of female clothing at a Nike Factory store at 311 Stanley K. Tanger Boulevard on July 2, 2026.

After taking the items the suspect exited the store and fled in a black Jeep.

Pictures of the suspect and their vehicle are attached to this post. 

Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or whereabouts is asked to contact East Lampeter Township police at 717-291-4676. Tips can also be submitted through the Submit a Tip button below. 

Tipsters can remain anonymous and do not have to give their names.

Information which leads to the arrest and conviction of this suspect could result in a reward through Crime Stoppers. Rewards can be given anonymously.
