Lititz Borough Police are asking the public for help in identifying the suspect or suspects who vandalized decorations intended for upcoming Independence Day celebrations at Lititz Springs Park.

The vandalism took place sometime around June 21, 2025.

A door to the band shell was kicked in and a fire extinguisher was discharged, damaging several Independence Day decorations. Moravian stars were smashed, antique swans were sprayed and curtains and furniture were ruined along with damage to the band shell.

Police are working with Lititz Springs Park staff to identify whoever was involved.

Anyone with information regarding the June 21, 2025 incident is asked to contact Lititz Borough Police at (717) 626-6393 or tips@lititzpd.org. Tipsters can remain anonymous and do not have to give their names.

Information which leads to the arrest and conviction of this suspect could result in a reward through Crime Stoppers. Rewards can be given anonymously.
