Columbia Borough police are asking the public for help in identifying a masked suspect who stole items from a borough store.

The unknown male suspect was seen taking items from the Stover’s in the first block of North 3rd Street and then fleeing the area shortly after noon. He was last seen running east on Avenue H and then turning south on 4th Street before continuing east on Avenue I.

The suspect wore distinctive clothing including a blue face mask, a black North Face jacket with a red hooded sweatshirt, black pants and blue shoes.

Information which leads to the arrest and conviction of this suspect could result in a reward through Crime Stoppers. Rewards can be given anonymously.
