Columbia Borough police are asking the public for help in identifying a suspect who stole an aluminum ladder.

The unknown suspect stole the ladder from the 1100 block of Grinnell Avenue on Feb. 28, 2026.

Surveillance cameras captured an image of the suspect’s vehicle which is attached to this post. The vehicle was reported to have a sofa in the truck bed.

Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or whereabouts is asked to contact Columbia Borough police at 717-684-7735. Tips can also be submitted through the Submit a Tip button below.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and do not have to give their names.

Information which leads to the arrest and conviction of this suspect could result in a reward through Crime Stoppers. Rewards can be given anonymously.
