On February 10, 2021 at 21:10 hours, Christiana Borough Police were dispatched to a domestic in progress in the area of Noble Road and South Bridge Street in Christiana Borough.

On location, police made contact with a male, Alfredo ZERMENO-PADILLAS and the female complainant. Also in the house were two young children.

Through the investigation by police, it was found that ZERMENO-PADILLAS had been physically violent towards the complainant on multiple occasions.

After police spoke with the Lancaster County District Attorneys Office, ZERMENO-PADILLAS was placed under arrest for the listed charges.
