On July 5, 2020 at 00:57 hours, Christiana Borough Police observed a vehicle make multiple traffic violations including driving the wrong way down a one way street. Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle.

The operator of the vehicle, Shane STOLTZFUS, exhibited signs of impairment while speaking with police.

Police had STOLTZFUS perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests to which he failed.

After STOLTFUS blew a positive reading in a PBT(Preliminary Breath Test), he was placed under arrest for the listed charges.
