On July 19th, 2022 Christiana Borough Police Department filed charges for a July 10th incident.  On July 10th, 2022 Christiana Police Department pulled over a 2007 Pontiac G6 for an incorrect display of registration plate.  While the Officer was conducting an investigation, the passenger of the vehicle fled on foot from the scene.  While officers were attempting to arrest  the passenger, the driver fled the scene by taking off in the vehicle.  The accused is charged with Altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, escape, flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or attempting to elude officer and related charges.
