On August 17, 2020 at 21:00 hours, Christiana Borough Police observed a vehicle make several traffic violations on Gap Newport Pike in West Fallowfield Township, Atglen Borough, and West Sadsbury Township. The vehicle was stopped by police on Gap Newport Pike.

The operator of the vehicle, Claudia MARCIAL, exhibited signs of alcohol impairment while speaking with police.

Police requested MARCIAL to complete Standardized Field Sobriety Tests to which she failed.

After MARCIAL blew a positive reading on a PBT(Preliminary Breath Test), she was placed under arrest for the charges.
