On 10/25/2020 at 19:00 hours, Christiana Borough Police observed a vehicle driving without its headlights on. The vehicle was then observed turning between two vehicles that were parked on the street and driving over a curb and sidewalk. The vehicle then parked in a parking lot directly across from the Police Department.

Police conducted a traffic stop on the parked vehicle. The operator, Meredith GUINEY, exhibited signs of intoxication throughout her interaction with police.

Police administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests to GUINEY to which she performed unsatisfactory.

After the investigation by police, GUINEY was placed under arrest for the listed charges.
