On October 17, 2025, around 5 pm, Lancaster City police officers responded to a reported shooting in the area of 500 W King St. When officers arrived on scene, they located Greaves with a non-lethal gunshot wound, which was treated at the hospital.
Roger Martinez-Lopez, 23, has been charged in connection with this incident. The Lancaster City Police is charging Martinez-Lopez with the following: (1) count of Attempted Aggravated Assault 2702(a)(1)(F2), (1) count of Attempted Aggravated Assault With Deadly Weapon 2702(a)(4)(F2), (1) count of Firearms Not To Be Carried Without a License 6106(a)(1) (F3), (2) counts of Discharged Firearm into Occupied Structure 2707.1 (F3), (8) counts of Reckless Endangerment 2705 (M2) and (1) count of Tampering with Evidence (M2).
