Tina Marie Bonitto, Hagerstown, Maryland, has been cited for accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle and driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked after a hit and run occurred on August 27 at 12:37 p.m. on Pratt Court.

Lee M. Ward, Frederick, Maryland, has been cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after a fight occurred on August 31 at 1:50 a.m. on E. Fifth Street.

Terry B. Swope, Jr., Waynesboro, has been cited for public drunkenness after an incident occurred on September 3 at 1:31 a.m. on E. Fifth Street.

Robert S. McGrogan, Essex, Maryland, has been cited for accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle after a hit and run occurred on September 4 at 11:05 a.m. on W. Main Street.

Tyler R. Farner, Waynesboro, has been cited for harassment after an incident occurred on September 8 at 1:56 p.m. on N. Franklin Street.
