Marie J. Robey, Waynesboro, has been cited for confinement of dogs after an incident occurred on June 21 at 5:48 p.m. on W. Main Street.

A 17-year-old male has been cited for arson after police made contact with him on June 24 at 1:17 p.m. on E. North Street.
