John N. Demos, Waynesboro, has been cited for harassment after an incident occurred on April 7 at 2:50 p.m. on Park Street.

Donald D. Beltz, Waynesboro, has been cited for criminal mischief after property was damaged on April 9 at 4:09 a.m. on W. Main Street.

Frederick D. Demps, Jr., Fayetteville, has been cited for one count of retail theft and evading arrest or detention on foot after an incident occurred on April 10 at 3:04 p.m. on S. Potomac Street.

Justin A. Bumbaugh, Waynesboro, has been cited for harassment after an incident occurred on April 10 at 7:03 p.m. on S. Potomac Street.

Donald E. Kinley, Jr., Waynesboro, has been cited for public drunkenness after police made contact with him on April 10 at 9:32 p.m. on N. Church Street.

Tiffani M. T. Kelley, Waynesboro, has been cited for disorderly conduct and scattering rubbish after an incident occurred on April 11 at 12:50 p.m. on Hamilton Avenue.
