Naugle, Waynesboro, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance and one count each of accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock, one way roadways and required financial responsibility after a hit and run occurred on September 26 at 12:51 a.m. on N. Franklin Street.
