Dixon, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of accidents involving death or personal injury, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and vehicles turning left after a hit and run was reported on July 26 at 6:12 a.m. at the intersection of N. Grant Street and W. King Street.
