Keaton, Chambersburg, has been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count each of intentional purchase or knowing receipt in commerce by any person of any controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle/property and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle/property after a traffic stop was conducted on May 1 at 1:30 a.m. on Coquina Sands Drive.
