Michael W. Bernhisel, Jr., Hagerstown, Maryland, has been charged with three counts of resisting arrest; two counts each of aggravated assault and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance; and one count each of escape, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked after contact was made with him on August 11 at 1:21 a.m. on W. Main Street.
