Please be advised that during the week of October 14, 2024, the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Grant Street will be signed with STOP SIGNS as an ALL WAY STOP with the left and right-turn arrows removed from Grant Street. The stop signs will be illuminated by flashing lights for 30-days to alert vehicle operators and pedestrians of this new all way stop intersection configuration. Also, after the 30-day alert period, a pedestrian crosswalk will be installed on the south side of the street intersection, allowing pedestrians safe passage from the adjacent sidewalk network.
