On January 23, 2025, the Chambersburg Police Department and Chambersburg Fire Department, celebrated the grand opening of WAWA #8204 on Wayne Avenue with a friendly Hoagies with Heros build off!  Each team of four, had two minutes to build as many complete hoagies as they could.  At this time, we are pleased to announce that the PD has defeated the FD with a score of 21-14.  The important part, however, was that it was all for a good cause and we had a great time! 

We were proud to be a part of this event in the community that we all serve. The department would like to thank WAWA for their generous donation to the CCPF in support of Holidays with Heroes 2025 as well as the community for braving the cold to be a part of the grand opening!
