On 3/22/2026 at 1:42 pm, CPD officers were dispatched to the 100 block of S Sixth St for a theft of services. Upon arrival, the victim advised that they had rented a dumpster to clear out their house. The victim advised that since they had the dumpster out on the side of the roadway, someone had thrown what appeared to be a broken-down chicken coop in the dumpster. This causes the victim, who rented the dumpster, to pay for the weight of the chicken coop. If you or anybody you know has information regarding this incident, please contact CPD or leave a tip.
