On 04/05/2026 at around 630pm A wallet was lost at the Southgate shopping center.  The wallet is a brown billfold and belongs to Jean Marcel Noncent and does contain his ID as well as his work permit.  If located please turn the wallet in to the Chambersburg Police dept.
